A small light for every day.
Glim is a friendly AI coach for training, food, sleep and recovery. It reads your WHOOP, Oura or Apple Health data and plans around your real life.
Your day
Your week, drawn in light.
Three rings run through a whole day of light. Train in sunlight, Fuel at sunrise, Recover by moonlight. Under them sits the coach’s note for today and a simple timeline of what’s next.
- Train Sessions done this week 2/3
- Fuel Days you hit your protein 4/5
- Recover Nights with enough sleep 3/5
Wearables
Your data, flowing in.
Connect WHOOP, Oura or Apple Health. Each morning your sleep, recovery and heart data arrive, and today’s plan takes them into account. A rough night means a lighter session, not a lecture.
Oura data shapes your rings and plan, but it is never sent to the AI. Apple Health data is never used for advertising.
- WHOOP Recovery, HRV, strain, sleep
- Oura Readiness, sleep, temperature
- Apple Health Workouts, steps, weight, sleep
- HRV
- 64 ms
- Resting HR
- 52 bpm
- Sleep
- 7:42 h
Recovery’s solid. Push the bench today: 62.5 kg for 8.
Real life
Plans around your real life.
Glim reads your calendar, if you let it. Playing a DJ set until 3 am? Today gets a nap and a caffeine cut-off, tomorrow starts recovery-first, and Upper A moves to Sunday. Travel, hotel gyms and long days get the same care.
- Late nights. Sleep is protected around them, and the hard session waits for a better day.
- Travel. Hotel dumbbells and a new time zone become a plan that still moves you forward.
- Busy days. Never miss twice: 20 minutes today keeps the streak.
Friday 9 October
A late one tonight
You’re on until 3. Upper A moves to Sunday, today is an easy 30-minute walk, and tomorrow starts recovery-first.
Log anything
Just say it.
Type it or hold the mic and talk. “Ran 5k, then a flat white and a croissant” becomes a logged run and a logged breakfast, with a nudge for lunch. Ask why the plan changed, swap an exercise, or move a session. Glim can talk back too.
- Talk to it. Dictation runs on your iPhone where it can.
- It does the logging. Food, workouts, weigh-ins, how you feel.
Coach
Food
Snap your plate.
Take a photo and Glim names what’s on the plate, estimates portions and works out calories and macros. Fix anything with a tap, then log it. Menus and barcodes work too.
- Estimates, not guesses. You see every item and can change it before it counts.
- Meal plans with photos. A week of dinners for one or two, and the grocery list to match.
Estimated from your photo. Adjust anything before you log.
Together
Better with two lights.
Coach together with your partner. Share a meal plan and a grocery list, tap “Me too” when you ate the same lunch, and send a cheer when they close their rings. You choose what they see.
Each of you sees the other in their own colour. Weight and meals stay private unless you share them, and progress photos and your calendar are never shared.
- Sam had shakshuka with feta Lunch · 520 kcal · 31 g protein Me too ✓ Logged
- You closed all three rings Sam sent a cheer
- Dinner for two: miso salmon Thursday · shared meal plan · 4 items on the list
And more
One small light, the whole day.
-
Tasks, routines and habits
Plan the day in calm visual blocks. Routines count down step by step, and habits keep a gentle streak.
-
Meal plans with photos
A week of dinners for one or two, built around what you like and avoid, with the grocery list to match.
-
Training that progresses
Staple lifts, logged set by set with big numbers you can read mid-set. The next session builds on the last.
-
Bloodwork in plain words
Add a lab report and Glim shows what changed over time. It points out what to ask your doctor about. It never diagnoses.
-
A weekly check-in
Two minutes at the end of each week on how it felt. The coach reviews it and tunes next week’s plan.
-
Cycle-aware coaching Coming
Training, food and recovery that follow your cycle, if you choose to share it.
Glim is a coach, not a doctor. It doesn’t diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and it isn’t a medical device. Your health data is never used for advertising.
